Stage 1 on the petrol Delco E92 reprograms ignition timing, lambda target, boost target and wastegate duty (on turbo), throttle response, VANOS/VVT phase, torque limiter.
The original bin/hex/ori is accepted after reading via KESS3 / Autotuner / CMD Flash / FGTech Galletto. Checksums are recalculated on the engineer's side.
OBD flashing of the Delco E92 — 25-30 minutes, Bench (if needed) — about an hour. The file processing itself takes 5-30 minutes after receipt.
