On the Delco E67, CHIPOK performs Stage 1 — power tuning, software removal of EGR · catalyst control · EVAP, disabling the intake flaps, Pops & Bangs, speed limit removal, DTC removal, return to stock and Cold Start Off. Flashing is done via KESS3 / Autotuner / CMD Flash / FGTech Galletto.

The Delco E67 ECU supports: CHECK STOCK OR NOT, STAGE 1, DTC OFF, VMAX OFF, EVAP OFF, COLD START OFF, FLAPS OFF, POP AND BANGS, CAT/LAMBDA OFF, EGR OFF. Checksums are recalculated on the engineer's side in WinOLS5.
The Delco E67 is supported by: KESS3, Autotuner, MPPS, KTAG, CMD Flash, Trasdata, MagicMotorSport. On production models OBD reading is usually enough; on locked variants — Bench (BDM/JTAG).
Stage 1 on the petrol Delco E67 reprograms ignition timing, lambda target, boost target and wastegate duty (on turbo), throttle response, VANOS/VVT phase, torque limiter.
A Delco E67 file is accepted in .bin/.hex/.ori format (full read) from any programmer: KESS3 / KTAG / Autotuner / MagicMotorSport. Checksums are recalculated by hand in WinOLS5.
Flashing the Delco E67 takes 25-30 minutes in OBD mode or ~60 minutes on Bench. Once the file is received, CHIPOK processes it in 5-30 minutes.
