Bosch MD1CP004 — a latest-generation diesel ECU on the Infineon AURIX (TC2xx/TC3xx). Its protection is multi-layered: a calibration CRC, a digital signature and container checksums — recalculation is mandatory after any change to the dump.
This unit is found on дизельных vehicles Audi, Skoda, Volkswagen (2015–2023) — a total of 8 models, among them Audi A4, Volkswagen Passat, Skoda Kodiaq, Audi A6, Audi Q5, Volkswagen Tiguan, with power output of 150–204 hp
Recalculation is needed after any calibration edit — Stage 1 (190 → 235 hp / 400 → 470 Nm), Stage 2 (с downpipe — 250 hp), AdBlue/SCR off (НЕОБХОДИМО проверять законность в стране), DPF off (полное удаление сажевого фильтра), EGR off (отключение рециркуляции), NOx sensor adapter (если установлен катализатор), DTC removal (P204F, P1AAF — типичные AdBlue ошибки), Hot start fix, Cold start enrichment, Throttle response improvement: the checksum no longer matches, and the ECU throws an error or refuses the firmware.
