Denso RF7 calibration — Denso ECU — Toyota/Mazda/Subaru, a closed platform with a proprietary algorithm. Supported: Stage 1 — power tuning, software removal of the diesel particulate filter · EGR · catalyst control, disabling the intake flaps and DTC removal, return to stock on 7 modifications only on Mazda. Reading via KESS3 / KTAG / Autotuner / MagicMotorSport.
The Denso RF7 ECU is fitted to 7 engines in the CHIPOK database across 1 brand. Top: Mazda (7).
The Denso RF7 ECU supports: STAGE 1, LAMBDA OFF, CHECK STOCK OR NOT, DPF OFF, DTC OFF, FLAPS OFF, EGR OFF, RESET TO STOCK. Checksums are recalculated on the engineer's side in WinOLS5.
The Denso RF7 is supported by: specialized tooling (Toyota Denso is closed to standard WinOLS). On production models OBD reading is usually enough; on locked variants — Bench (BDM/JTAG).
Stage 1 on the diesel Denso RF7 reprograms rail pressure target, SOI/EOI timing, boost target, smoke limiter and torque limiter. The torque gain is noticeable; the HP gain depends on the specific engine.
A Denso RF7 file is accepted in .bin/.hex/.ori format (full read) from any programmer: KESS3 / Autotuner / CMD Flash / FGTech Galletto. Checksums are recalculated by hand in WinOLS5.
Flashing the Denso RF7 takes 25-30 minutes in OBD mode or ~60 minutes on Bench. Once the file is received, CHIPOK processes it in 5-30 minutes.
The cost of flashing the Denso RF7 is calculated in the price calculator: you select options (Stage 1/2, DPF off, EGR off, AdBlue off, DTC off, etc.) and the final price is capped by the package Max Price. Paid with credits (1 cr = 1 €), no subscriptions.
