This unit is found on бензиновых vehicles BMW (2003–2010) — a total of 11 models, among them BMW 1-Series, BMW 3-Series, BMW 5-Series, BMW 6-Series, BMW 7-Series, BMW X3.
Recalculation is needed after any calibration edit — Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, Pop & Bang / decat, Launch control, Speed limiter off, OPF/GPF off, Lambda off, DTC removal, Cold start fix: the checksum no longer matches, and the ECU throws an error or refuses the firmware.
