Temic DQ250 — a DSG automated-transmission control unit (VAG MQB/MLB); the firmware checksums are recalculated after editing.

This unit is found on дизельных и бензиновых vehicles Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen (2003–2017) — a total of 120 models, among them Audi A3, Seat Alhambra, Skoda Octavia, Volkswagen Beetle, Audi A3 Cabriolet, Audi A3 Sportback.

Recalculation is needed after any calibration edit — DSG launch RPM raise, DSG torque limit increase, DSG kick-down threshold, Stage 1 DSG software: the checksum no longer matches, and the ECU throws an error or refuses the firmware.

Upload the modified file (MOD) and the original (ORI) — the tool compares them, finds the affected regions and recalculates only the required checksums, leaving the rest of the calibration untouched. The result is ready in a second and free; downloading the fixed .bin requires registration in the portal.
