Delphi DCM7.1A — a Delphi Common Rail diesel ECU (Renault/Nissan/Dacia/PSA). It has its own checksum logic, which the solver recalculates correctly after a calibration edit.
This unit is found on дизельных vehicles Citroen, Opel, Peugeot, Toyota (2016–2022) — a total of 13 models, among them Citroen C4 SpaceTourer, Opel Grandland X, Peugeot 308, Toyota Proace, Opel Vivaro, Opel Vivaro Combi.
Recalculation is needed after any calibration edit — Stage 1, Stage 2, DPF off, EGR off, AdBlue/SCR off, DTC removal, Flap off, Lambda off, Speed limiter off, Torque monitor off, Hot start fix: the checksum no longer matches, and the ECU throws an error or refuses the firmware.
